Volume of insurance premiums collected for the first six months of the year of property insurance increased by 400%
Total volume of insurance premiums collected by A-Qroup for the first six months of the year 2011 was 5 616 878 AZN, this number exceeds the results of the year of 2010 by 10%.
Intensive increase is monitored in the fields of property insurance. Premiums for property insurance for the first six months increased by 400%. Remarkable progress has been achieved in motor insurance and mortgage insurance.
Within 6 months A-Qroup Insurance Company has secured 12 583 insurance agreements.
Amount paid by A-Qroup for the first six months of the year 2010 equals 2 677 976 AZN.

A-Group Insurance Company has announced results for 1st quarter of 2011
Total volume of insurance premiums collected by A-Group within 1st business quarter of the year 2011 was 4 379 934 AZN. Major part of total income is provided by voluntary medical insurance, which equals 4 108 261 AZN and maintains the leadership of A-Group in this field since the foundation day.
It should be noted, that within 3 months 2011 property insurance premium has 300% increase in comparison with the same period of last year. Outstanding progress has been observed in motor insurance with 150% of growth. Property fire insurance and civil liability insurance premiums have 100% increase each. Remarkable progress has been achieved in mortgage insurance.
In 1st quarter of year 2011 A-Group paid out an amount of 1 247 880 AZN.

A-Group Insurance Company summarized results for the 3rd quarter of current year
Total volume of insurance premiums collected by A-Qroup within 3 business quarters of the year 2010 was 5 470 059,49 AZN. Primary part of total income is traditionally composed by voluntary medical insurance, which equals 4 990 313,26 AZN. Remarkable progress has been achieved in mortgage insurance.
Within 9 months of year 2010 A-Group paid out an amount of 4 375 539,13 AZN. The Company’s statutory capital now equals 2 650 500 AZN.
Meanwhile, in 2010 A-Group Insurance Company celebrated its 15th anniversary. At present, A-Qroup Insurance offers 3 kinds of compulsory and 14 kinds of voluntary insurance services. A-Qroup Insurance Company elevates its authorized capital stock up to 71%
In the frame of its long term development program, A-Qroup Insurance Company processed next elevation of authorized capital stock. As a result, this number changed from 1,55 mln AZN to 2,65 mln AZN. A-Qroup development program implies further accretion of this activity. Next expansion of capital will be processed by means of income of 2010.

International Finance Corporation (IFC) and A-Qroup Insurance Company will cooperate within the bounds of pilot program of corporate governing.
Within the bounds of pilot project IFC will estimate present experience of corporate governance of a company, will provide consultations on future improvement and implementation of corporate governance standards in accordance with leading international experience in this field. A-Qroup is a third company in IFC’s second pilot project.
